5. Calculations were provided to check that the hours required were supplied by the employees rostered, along with calculation of the number of hours available for covering the absence of others.

The model was provided to the client along with simple instructions in its use.

 

The client used the model to explore changes to the employee contract and the shift times - and after discussion considered it met their needs and they required no further consultancy input.
